Competition moulded Rear windows

The sample in the photo is moulded Mazda RX7 FD3S Competition Rear window (FRP hatch not included :) ) We make these for any model car. We have moulds for most common racecars. If we don't have a mould we might need to borrow your old back window to create a mound. Rear windows, door glass, 1/4 glass etc are also available. This part is moulded high impact acrylic. Moulded no black band rear windows are around $350 ~ $650 + gst The black band is optional. Moulded with black band rear windows are around $550 ~ 700 +gst   Give us a call to discuss your model of vehicle.   This material is the best compromise for the New Zealand market.

But

• It is much stronger that standard acrylic
• The surface is is almost as scratch resistant as MR10 polycarbonate.
• UV protection is very good
• It is use for OEM headlights and German competition car glazing.

We can product this product in polycarbonate but although polycarbonate is very strong the surface is very soft and will scratch very easily. Your helpful crew will inadvertently scratch it just by wiping it once with a rag. We can supply flat sheet if you want a cheaper option. Or we can supply hardcoated moulded polycarbonate windows if you want to have a street legal option.
